How to make your tapioca

It is quick and simple:

1) Warm a skillet until it gets really hot.

2) Spread a 2-3 tbsp of tapioca flour onto skillet.

3) When the flour begins to stick together, flip the wrap over and wait for other side to be cooked. The more cooked the drier. For a gooier consistency cook less.

4) Fill your tapioca with your choice of peanut butter or mashed avocado, scrambled egg, melted cheese, ham, etc.

Ingredients: naturally hydrated cassava flour.

Storage: after opening, store in refrigerator for a maximum of 7 days.
